After the Town, Borough and Ward came the Legal System of Estate Planning and Land Development that we enjoy today even though it is often manipulated into something that looks very different then a well run community where the formal procedure for getting things done is seldom practiced and the courthouse just a figment of the imagination run by ghosts that appear to be chasing demons across the country demanding they pay them back for all of the trouble they've caused.
The US Marshal Police Officer is the only accepted Executive Authority that may enter the Courthouse, Statehouse and Bank to seek Justice for anyone that has been wronged by anyone else that may be hiding behing the walls of those Institutions of Government.
The Supreme Court began in New York and the Executive in Virginia and the Congress in Pennsylvania.
The Supreme Court produced the Senate at Congress and they represent County
Federal Law to be Enforced as understood by New York.
The Executive produced the House of Representatives at Congress and they represent the City State Policy to be Upheld as understood by Virginians.
The Congress produced the Laws that are Upheld and Enforced as understood by Pennsylvanians.
The Pennsylvanias were given the job by 12 States that meant there in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania because of the Pennsylvanian's understanding of Proprietary Law that stated a man's home is his castle and seldom had any unmanageable legal dispute over the issue with the British people that had come over from the Old World to live there in the City of Brotherly Love as religion was practiced for the benefit of everyone's cooperation in making Philadelphia a nice place to live and work.
Many Pennsylvanian's were French and obviously Greek and were often called Vikings I'm guessing because that is the history of the Old World that is known as Eurasia or Europe and Asia that was left behing because of the hundred years war between Protestants and Catholics that cause enough dead to poison the food supply leading to disease amongst the rodents that were everywhere loaded with fleas that carried the Black Plague that caused Rabies whenever they bit anyone.
Protestants are often thought to be Baptists that liked the idea of Praise and Worship of God in the Family Home and Catholics like the idea of building beautiful buildings where everyone could come and praise and worship God with everyone else. The Protestants have always been thought to be City State Authorities and the Catholics have always been though to be County Federal Authority.
Philadelphia is the first city in the United States of America and for that they have always had the biggest say in what City State Policy should look like as they make thier case in Congress having delivered an exemplerary example of that with Admiral William Penn settling the land on good terms with the Native Americans that were already there admirably which is understandable as he was an Admiral in the British Royal Navy and built a Town City that was wonderful and charming before heading west into the Appalacian MOuntains to build the State Capitol at Harrisburg leaving behind his son to be the city's first mayor for over fifty years which also brought about the idea of Federal Policy and a new system of making a City State Official a Federal County Sheriff, also and Admiral William Penn will always live in the mind of Philadelphia Historians as the very best and probably because not only was he in the British Royal Navy during the Hundred Years War but after getting seriously injured he became known as a Privateer and to some a Pirate because of some suspected human trafficking that led to Rum running from Puerto Rico to the soon to be United States of America and back to Brittania and the coastal towns along the shoreline of Europe and England rather then being put in the poor houses of 'Merry Old England' at such a young age.
Not a bad start for the USA is it?
Today Bills over Law Practice in this country are introduced to the House of Representatives by the President of the USA or by other Representatives including the Senate to be paid for or for a Law to be made exhonerating voters from Legal Prosecution by the President's Federal Attorney General of any Law Enforcement Officials and any law breaking that may have occurred in their attempt to Enforce Law by the Supreme Court and this is the purpose of taxes paid to the Supreme Court so that we may have persons that may have the time to study law and make educated decisions about right and wrong and make the best decision that they will have to guard for the benefit of everyone saving the innocent from the brutality of the guilty.
If those Bills are not made into Law before they are brought up on charges by the Prosecutor before the Marshal can hear the case at the Courthouse then they will be prosecuted the same as any other and their legal standing as a Lawyer and Attorney will be in name only and the protection afforded the court will not be extended to them.
The fact of the legal matter is that those with guns have the power over the court and those without guns often need their protection but every now and then a hero comes along with the strength to carry on one heck of a legal argument bending the will of the court like superman bending an iron crow bar.
