My Problem

The facts of the matter are that if someone become a United States Marshal Police Officer in this country the Police Department is responsible for making sure the person has the property to do the job responsibly. The United States began with the Sheriff in the Chief Executive Department at the White House and it was there that it was decided that there was to be a Fire Department and a Police Department. At the conclusion of the Civil War (1861 - 1865) the tables had been turned on the Sheriff's Department and the Fire Department and Police Department began to settle in at the United States Congress and make the laws of this country. A Custom that began in this country after the Revolutionary War (1775 - 1787) is the the United States Marshal spend 12 years with the Civil Service College as a Federal Worker after graduation from the Public School Education all people receive in the United States as a Tradition. As a Federal Worker the Civil Servant will spend their time studying and working to put on deposit with the Commerce (Navy) Bank enough money to act as Benefactor (Social Security and Election Campaign Trust Fund or Welfare for the Arts) to the poor and needy in the community that support the government and are injured during the course of the due process of those laws thought to be the leading cause of birth defects. The Commerce Bank (Navy) agrees to recompense the Officer with Interest for the Investment while the Army agrees to continue to pay anyone authorized to Enforce Law in the United States which the Marshal will have made the grade to have that power for life or until a formal Impeachment Hearing is heard before the House of Representatives where that power was Authorized and the Senate will agree that the Officer should no longer have it as the Senate and the US President would have been the one that gave limited power to the person making them an Agent meant to report to the Officer any criminal activity in the community as a partner in Law Enforcement.

By Christmas 2000, I had meant all of the requirements necessary to perform the duties of the United States Marshal Police Officer including having put on Deposit $500,000,000 at the Commerce Bank (Seattle - November 1991) making me a Magistrate - Judge and I still was refused Property. I attended school in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from June until October (660 classroom hours) and had just received one of my certificates (Refrigeration - CFR 8.2 subpart F) when in I was attacked and nearly killed and over the next two months I was attacked several more times and in April 2001 my relatives asked me to leave and implied I should never return to their home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I became a United States Magistrate (Agent) at the 10th United States Judicial District Appeals Court (Denver, Colorado) in November 1988 and was reaffirmed before the United States House of Representatives at the United States Capitol Building in Washington, DC at the start of 2000 and I signed on with the United States Army in April 1992 at the United States Military Courthouse in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

I was framed for Robbery at the United States Circuit Court of Charlottesville, Virginia on May 23, 2006 and sentenced to 20 years (4 years imprisonment, 2 years Supervised Probation) after appearing at the Police Court of the Charlottesville Police Department on Main Street and upon release in January 2010, I was advised by District 9 Probation and Parole that the sentence had been reduced to 15 years (4 years Imprisonment and 3 years Probation). My mother passed away sometime during my incarceration and left me $5,000 which I received in June and after giving money to the church (Cornerstone) and purchasing some things (including liquor) I was moved from an all male trailer to the Chancellor Building in July on University Avenue near the University of Virginia 'Corner' a famous party spot because in 1808 two (2) United States Marshal Police Officers who had been serving as Provost and Chacellor during President Thomas Jefferson's Administration at the White House (Federal [Sheriff] Bank Headquarters) were assasinated in the Chancellor Building with Mr. Jefferson proudly proclaiming that the Marshal's death was probably not such a great loss because what Thomas Jefferson College needed was not two men such as the Marshals but one man such as himself (Magistrate or Sheriff) and with that sentiment having been broadcast all over the world Thomas Jefferson's College became the University of Virginia and the United States Army Judge Advocate General Law School, shortly after that Thomas Jefferson and Albemarle County proclaimed that slavery may have been abolished by the United States Government (Marshals) but it was now legal again in Albemarle County and all Negroe's were put back in chains. The General view is that had the United States marshals not made the African - Americans Federal Law Enforcement Officers they probably would have been spared when Thomas Jefferson returned from the White House and found them there at the Chancellor Building suggesting that Mr. Jefferson could return as President of the University and Town Sheriff of Charlottesville but with a Plantation at Monticello atop a nearby Mountain being Master was already his best opportunity at Government sparking the idea that the United States Marshal should be both Sheriff and Chief of Federal Police, everywhere, always and then began the long seige of Charlottesville and Monticello by those that had been loyal to the United States Marshals who were Church Ministers that managed a Marshal College in Philadelphia since the early 1700's just west of the city. Thomas Jefferson was admittedly bitter at the Philadelphia Government after having been asked to send national Guardsmen to protect a garrison along the Delaware River in anticipation of an attck by the British it was closed as the Congress decided that Connecticut and the Coast Guard had a better Federal Policy and this was determined to be the motive for the attack on the United States Marshals in Charlottesville that left them dead and also to be the source of fighting between Philadelphia and Charlottesville leading to the United States Civil War (1861 - 1865) that seems to have returned Philadelphia back into National Guard custody and uprooted the United States Marshal Police Officers permanently placing them at the mercy of Washington, DC and the Federal Powers that seem to claim the property there as their inheritence and care little this day about Washington DC's claim of Independence from the United States and the only Federal Power that means anything in Government and with the partnership and apparent reconciliation between the Coast Guard and National Guard having made the State (Sheriff) Police from any of the local county seat of any County especially those six counties (California x 2, Colorao, Texas, Georgia, Pennsylvania) where there is a United States Mint the leading Authority of the Federal Department of Government known as the Department of Homeland Security, I feel like the United States Marshals still are facing extinction and have been led out into the wild to die the death of a criminal. Also I believe that in my particular case that because I grew up in the Washington State Government and the controversy surrounding the Northwest Security Service State Mint not officially recognized as a United States Mint that I am being ostracized only receiving the small amout from the Commerce Department promised me when I placed all that I had in the Social Security Election Campaign Trust Fund Account (Welfare and the Arts) at Commerce Department that made me a Magistrate - Judge in the Puget Sound Seattle-Tacoma - Washington, DC Regional Government as an adversary to the causes of government and locally because I don't want to be a whore of a pimp and a junkie of a drug dealer and I am more then willing to be a manager of the Pacification Program that permits some Petty and Misdemeanor activity for a fine in the effort to catch felons and get the impression they all think I'm a Criminally Insane Drug Addict for it and I think they're all Drunks and Alcoholics for for saying so while they have guns and not much else except my money.
