When you work for the Government and you have license to make additional money working on the Internet you should take the opportunity and do so. The Banks are all connected and they know who everyone is that works for the government and they know who they issued a license to and who they didn't issue a license to and it may seem like forever before you're actually paid your commission but what does it matter if you enjoy working on the Internet you can still find programs that will let you make work that you can print out and sell yourself or consign to any store that appreciates your work and maybe that will help motivate and inspire the Bankers to pay more attention to your work and help you get paid faster
