Virginia and Berkeley

As the US Constitution was signed into Law in Philadelphia in 1987 plans were already under way to build the new US Capitol along the border of Maryland and Virgina beside the Potomac River and the Atlantic Coast on the Estate of Lord Berkely who had gone back to England and was planning a voyage to the Pacific Coast to build a new Estate which is now the University of California Berkeley, that was back in 1787. Alexander Hamilton and the wealthy New Yorkers, often called Senators and Governors developed the US Treasury Plan and brough it to the US Capitol and were asked to pay taxes to the State of Maryland essentially beginning the very first State Police Department. Maryland went on to become home to the US Marshals and the US Metro Transit Police. Today is February 20, 2017 and Virginia has convinced the world that Washington, DC is best managed by the 4th US Judicial District which is not only Virginia but West Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina and South Carolina. Are we still living in the USA? The US Government began with contributions from the North and South and at the Civil War (1861-1865) was an attempt by the Southern Armies to push out the Northern Union between Army and Navy that was unsuccessful and now 152 years later it looks like they have succeeded and since the 'right to own people as slaves' seemed to be the South's Argument, what will become of the North and the rest of the country? Is it all just a matter of criminals having to pay their debt directly to the people they lie and steal and cheat from rather than the entire community or is it a matter of seeking out innocent people and kidnapping them and making them serve their kidnappers unto death as personal property thought of as little more than cattle? I've heard many people say that if people are so interested in bringing back slavery maybe they should be shipped back to Virginia and the 4th USJD to live with people that think just like them, personnally after having been through my own fight with the Virginians while I was there and the fact that I am a Marshal w/o Property I'm not to sure what should be done about it except that the US Constitution does say that if the Government becomes Tyrants everyone has the right to replace them and so I patiently wait to have what was promised me by the Government for good behavior trying to wish everyone a good day.
